If a trial or demo account is upgraded to a paid subscription, the user must immediately update and secure their account by changing the password and providing accurate personal information. CPCT Master shall not be responsible for any loss of data, access, misuse, or unauthorized activity resulting from the continued use of shared, trial, or previously distributed credentials.
Any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized access occurring due to the user’s failure to update account credentials or personal information after upgrading shall be the sole responsibility of the user and shall not be eligible for any refund, compensation, or liability from CPCT Master.
Payments for subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment gateways. CPCT Master shall not be responsible for payment failures, delays, duplicate charges, or errors caused by such third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the total liability of CPCT Master, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the applicable subscription during the most recent billing period, after deducting the value of any premium content, features, or services already accessed or used by the user.
To access certain features of CPCT Master, users may be required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. In some cases, CPCT Master may also create and distribute trial or demo accounts directly to users for promotional or practice purposes, including through communication platforms such as WhatsApp or other communication media.
For user-created accounts, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and any verification codes. For platform-issued trial accounts, credentials may be shared by CPCT Master and may be time-limited, feature-limited, or assigned to multiple users.
All activities performed through a user’s account shall be deemed to have been conducted by the account holder or assigned user. CPCT Master shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse arising from the use of shared, trial, or demo accounts.
Users must notify CPCT Master immediately in case of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach of their personal account. CPCT Master reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account—whether user-created or platform-issued—if misuse, abuse, fraud, or security violations are detected, without prior notice.

Exception: If CPCT Master discontinues the Service in its entirety without cause, CPCT Master may, at its sole discretion, provide a pro-rata refund corresponding only to the unused portion of the active subscription period immediately prior to such complete discontinuation. No refund shall be applicable for partial service unavailability, feature removal, technical issues, Force Majeure events, or government actions.
CPCT Master shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or unavailability of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, internet or network failures, power outages, server failures, cyber attacks, strikes, war, riots, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
During such Force Majeure events, CPCT Master reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or modify services without any obligation to provide refunds, compensation, or extensions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of CPCT Master shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
