This Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made on CPCT Master (https://cpctmaster.com). By purchasing or using any paid service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to CPCT Master are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, no refund shall be provided under normal circumstances.

2. Usage of Premium Content

If a user accesses or uses any premium content or feature even once, including but not limited to typing tests, mock tests, MCQ tests, notes, or reports, the subscription shall be considered fully utilized. In such cases, the user shall not be eligible for any refund, whether partial or full.

3. Trial Accounts & Upgrade to Paid Plans

Trial or demo accounts provided by CPCT Master may be shared, time-limited, reused, or reset at any time. Data, progress, or results associated with such accounts are not permanent and should not be relied upon for official or personal records.

If a trial or demo account is upgraded to a paid subscription, the user must immediately update personal details and change the account password. CPCT Master shall not be responsible for any loss of access, data, misuse, or unauthorized activity resulting from the continued use of shared or previously distributed credentials.

Any loss or issue arising due to failure to update account information after upgrade shall not be eligible for any refund or compensation.

4. Technical Issues, Service Availability & Force Majeure

No refund shall be provided if any service, feature, or content becomes temporarily or partially unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance, internet disruptions, device limitations, software issues, natural events, government orders or restrictions, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CPCT Master.

5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues

Payments made on CPCT Master may be processed through third-party payment gateways. CPCT Master shall not be responsible for payment failures, delays, duplicate charges, or errors caused by such third-party services.

In case of duplicate payments confirmed by the payment gateway, the excess amount may be adjusted or refunded at the sole discretion of CPCT Master after verification.

6. Service Suspension or Account Termination

Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of Terms & Conditions (Term & Conditions), misuse, or prohibited activities shall not entitle the user to any refund, regardless of subscription validity.

7. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds, if any, shall be issued only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of CPCT Master and shall not be treated as a precedent for future cases.

If CPCT Master permanently discontinues the Service in its entirety without cause, a pro-rata refund may be considered for the unused portion of the active subscription period, after deducting the value of any premium services already used.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

CPCT Master reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
